A care pack that looks after your purchase without breaking the bank. Extend your warranty for an extra 12 or 24 months.
The Novatech Care Pack covers one (1) Novatech brand PC or Laptop for any hardware fault(s) that may develop during the cover period of the plan. This service spans the full two or three-year period of cover (dependant on the length of Carepack purchased), and does not terminate on the making of a claim. Parts, Labour, and collection and re-delivery of the PC or Laptop for any required repairs are all included. Care Packs cover Novatech brand PCs and Laptops only. The Care Pack is an optional purchase. There is no obligation to buy.
The Care Pack can be purchased for any Novatech branded PC or Laptop at the time of purchase, or within a one-year period of the purchase date. However, irrespective of the date of Carepack purchase, the Carepack will expire two or three years from the initial PC/ Laptop purchase date.
The Care Pack is a service provided by Novatech Ltd. This Service Agreement is underwritten by Novatech Ltd. Financial protection is not available in the unlikely event of the provider ceasing trade. The Care Pack provides services in addition to your Statutory Consumer Rights. Novatech advise that faults should be reported at the earliest available opportunity. The Care Pack is NOT an insurance policy - accidental damage is not covered by the Care Pack. Consumables such as batteries are also not covered by the Care Pack. The Carepack does not cover peripherals such as monitor, keyboard mouse, printer. Replacement packaging is also not included. Novatech recommends all customers to retain the packaging for their PC or Laptop. All reported faults will be assessed in line with our terms and conditions.
Customers may cancel their Care Pack within 14 days of purchase. Pro rata refunds are available should you wish to terminate the policy after the 14-day period has passed. Cancellation cannot be actioned once a claim has been made. Please contact our customer services team should you wish to discuss cancellation.
