I've recently ordered 3 items from your website & each time it has been a very positive experience. The on-line tracking options are simple & effective I can see the status of my order & postage etc. One item had to be returned after developing a fault and I spoke to a person called Dan (I think) who very quickly gave me an RMA number and arranged pickup. Once again the RMA on-line tracking tools where great & the replacement arrived promptly. I would recommend you to others.

Very good service. Indicated stock levels are usually accurate thus avoiding problems with ordering and then being informed it is out-of-stock.

i've never used your delivery option, only fast track. the system is very easy to use, with e-mail updates telling you when you can collect. negligible waiting to collect at the fast track desk. an excellent service! i generally get the novatech branded goods. i have always found them to be more than up to the task, and often far cheaper than the "leading" brands.

I ordered (order # 4005086 ) and received 2 memory sticks which unfortunately I could not use - I was misinformed by the supplier of my machine that the mobo accommodates 1Gb sticks which it turned out not. So I requested a returns authorisation which was given without further ado. I returned the item and asked your on-line chat rep to confirm that the item has meanwhile be returned in good order. Danno was able to confirm this within seconds and was able to inform me that, once the returns dept has confirmed that the item is in good order, my credit card will be credited for the refund.

I rang your support line and Jason lead me through the problem step by step clearly using logic, personal experience and a good problem solving instinct...I have worked in telephone support for some years during my career in IT (although normally for much larger systems than PCs) and I know the brain wracking difficulty you have in visualising the customers experience over a phone line. Plus a lot of people who ring technical support are going to be annoyed so you have to be a model of patience and a diplomat on top the technical skills. I am impressed. No flannel and real help.

I have recently had some problems with my self-assembly PC. I came back to Novatech to help resolve the problems and I have been extremely impressed by the quality of service provided by your team.

Just a note to thank novatech for your excellent customer support. I purchased a novatech NOV ND280 drive this week and could not get it to work on my Apple Mac computer. Your Dan Cooper sorted the problem out in no time thanks to novatech’s brilliant online tech support chat system. He even e-mailed all the support details as well to make sure I got the drive working.

It’s a refreshing change to deal with a company that actually cares about customer satisfaction after a purchase.

Just to mention, the novatech instant messenger is excellent and definitely full marks to novatech for it. As an IT Professional myself, I can guarantee from experience of similar interactive support system, that novatech will find this system to provide further level to their service.

Once again I’m very impressed with Novatech’s level of service and willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate their customers needs. I had a problem with delivery because I have just started a new job and can’t take any time off to stay home and wait for a delivery, so I phoned Novatech and asked if they could post via royal mail instead of door-to-door deliver. No problem, we’ll post it if its small enough said the sales man, or contact you for an alternate address if its too big - sorted! Now thats what I call customer satisfaction.

I have just used Novatech for the first time, after reading other customer comments, and have to say it’s all true. Ordered some goods on Moday morning 23rd Feb, via telephone, and although the motherboard in the order was not in stock and delivery was advised as 3 to 5 days from placement of order, all items arrived on 25th Feb at 11.00 am...including the motherboard. Brilliant service, very impressed and a good website. Well done.

When I first approached your company it was to try to purchase a Blueprint PC and have it delivered to a different address than the credit card that I was paying on was registered at. When I first called up the first person that I spoke to refused to allow this, but I am a fairly persistant chap, and fortunately the next time I called I got put through to Jane. She was a revalation in service - second to none. She was friendly, helpful and sorted out the credit card issue very quickly. I was then phoned on regular intervals with full information on how far my new computer was in the build process. The computer then arrived without hassle on the day that is was promised.

This is a level of service that I have never experienced before and I just wanted to pass on a letter of recommendation to you about Jane.

The PC, by the way, has worked flawlessly and I am very happy with it. Due to this I will recommend Novatech to my collegues and have already created an account with my day job company.

I just had to comment on the vast improvement on the Novatech website! I used to shop here due to the prices, i.e. *despite* the web site. Now it appears you have really taken on usability issues with a vengeance, and the site is so much easier to explore and buy from.
