Please note, for unusually large or heavy goods, (ie large laser printers, UPS backup batteries etc), an extra delivery surchage MAY be applied. You will be telephoned by one of our representatives prior to any money being taken if this applies to your order.

All prices and times apply to orders placed before 6pm, subject to credit clearance and stock availability. Orders placed between 5pm and 6pm for Next Day Delivery will need to be fully authenticated (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securcode) and address matched to ensure despatch that day for Next Working Day Delivery.

Prices and times are for UK Mainland orders only. Outlying areas such as the Scottish Highlands will incur additional rates calculated by a combination of total order value, order weight and postal code. (See outlying areas section)

Delivery costs shown are applicable to Novatech "Consumer" orders. Novatech "Corporate" account customers are subject to separate costs, viewable when finalising your order.

"Next Working Day" in reference to delivery is Monday to Friday. For example, orders placed before 6pm on Monday should be received Tuesday, orders placed before 6pm Friday should be received Monday. (Subject to Payment Clearance and Stock Availability)
