I ordered (order # 4005086 ) and received 2 memory sticks which unfortunately I could not use - I was misinformed by the supplier of my machine that the mobo accommodates 1Gb sticks which it turned out not. So I requested a returns authorisation which was given without further ado. I returned the item and asked your on-line chat rep to confirm that the item has meanwhile be returned in good order. Danno was able to confirm this within seconds and was able to inform me that, once the returns dept has confirmed that the item is in good order, my credit card will be credited for the refund.
