We are looking for a full time Customer Services Advisor to work in our call centre situated in Portchester.
Monday to Friday work = 37.5 hours per week. Plus occasional weekend work on a rota basis.
You will need to have good all round basic DIY skills.
Flexibility is key as the role will require you to do many varied tasks. |
| Duties: |
|
Speaking to customers and resolving all of their queries on the telephone.
Speaking to our couriers to find out the status of customer delivery and collections.
Helping to receive returns from customers face to face in our After-Sales shop. |
| Aims: |
|
Previous experience in a customer services position is desireable.
The ability to empathise with customers at all times is required.
Good written and oral English is required. Good keyboard and typing skills are essential.
You maybe required to work extra hours as and when required including some shifts on a rota basis, at weekends in the After-sales shop.

We are looking for a full time person to join our busy Fasttrack team, working at the Fasttrack counter in our Retail outlet in Portchester.
Hours are in shifts working 7.5 hours per day between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.00 pm, 5 days out of a 7 day week on a rota basis. |
| Duties: |

Serving customers on the Fasttrack Counter.
Taking and checking various methods of payment.
Picking stock from the warehouse for shop customers and Fasttrack customers.
Helping customers load products into their cars. |
| Aims: |
|
This is a customer facing role so you need to be smart and presentable to the public with strong spoken English. Previous customer facing experience would be advantageous.
There is a lot of lifting involved so you need to be physically fit to lift products.
Safety shoes need to be worn. |

A vast knowledge of I.T. products both software and hardware is required.
