People say that Noctua fans don't fush enough fair and lie about static pressure - they couldn't be more wrong. These fans are silent. You have to have your head right next to the blade to hear it spin, and even then it's hard to hear it well. They push a lot of air with is amazing for a quiet fan. You can really feel it on your hand. I have no need for a fan on my GFX Card as this fan is mounted on the side of my Antec 300 case blowing straight onto the card, which makes it super silent and cooler than my GFX Card fan was.
