    First: in and out. The IB-362StUS2-B allows easy changes of the hard drive, 3.5'" SATA. Mounting and demounting without screwing. That's what we call EasySwap, an ICY BOX invention. Thanks to Hot Swap that's even possible with devices running. Hot Plug and Play allows prompt recognition of the data. Second: on and off, which means read and write. Very fast with USB 2.0: up to 480 Mbit/s. And very very fast with eSATA: up to 3 Gbit/s.
