I've had this Hard drive in use for just over a year now and have recently installed Windows 7 onto it. The drive is fairly quiet and hasn't gone wrong. When i got this drive, it was around £45. Highly Recommended!

Now migrated from PATA to this SATA drive after reading excellent reviews in other mags. Now dual-booting with Windows 7 and XP. Installation was a breeze on both OS although I did slipstream SP3 onto XP thereby eliminating the SATA drivers issue with XP.

So my drive all but failed - dribbling on a 2MB per sec read rate - checked all the reviews and this baby came out well. Cleanly installed on spare SATA recognised first time on bios - now systems runs as fast as you like. So good these drives that I got another. Temperatures good, speed above average, noise is minimal, reliability... we''ll have to see. Highly recommended. Thanks again Novatech

Good drive. Easy to install and comes with mounting screws. But as it is OEM it does not come with SATA power adaptor or data cable so remember to order these too if you do not all ready have them.

It''s quiet, fast and affordable. Migration was easy with Partition Commander which replicated my partitions perfectly. Booting was a small problem solved using the Win 7 install disk and using repair. Job done.

I purchased another F3 when in Cardiff store this week. I have the drives set in RAID 0 Stripe (ok I know if one drive fails all data is lost but am totally backed up). I am dual booting XP 32bit with Win7 64bit....seem very stable and increase in PC performance is really noticeable. Hard drive benchmarking results are impressive.

Excellent hard drive. Bought a couple of months ago and has been running smoothly. Not only can I store everything I need (with some 434GB to spare as well!) but everything is so much faster. Windows boots in almost no time and apps launch unbelieveably fast. Gaming wise, I'm usually first on the level when loading maps. Absolutely awesome buy. Get it!
