Product worked very efficiently at first, and about a month after purchase, the product is now refusing to work, and Windows simply shows the internet bar (on the task tray), with a cross over it. Would not recommend getting this dongle.

Bought the dongle just over 6 months ago and I am terribly disappointed. For a first few months it worked great, but after that, it kept disconnecting me from the network due to some reason unknown and some know. One of the known reasons to why I kept losing connectivity was because a slightest touch to the dongle would disconnect it from the USB resulting in a loss of web-I know that my USB is not fault because over devices such as controllers, flash drives and other stuff works without any flaws. If possible, I would want my money back or at least a different, PCI card. I strongly DO NOT recommend this dongle.

Absolutely excellent little device. I spend a lot of my time looking into inexpensive ways to improve my general computing experience, and this is a must buy for any wireless connectivity issues. As has been said before simply plug it it, run the included CD and you're away. Very easy to install/use. Good work Novatech!

Would highly recommend. Installed first time without the need for driver disk on Windows 7 (machine was already connected to internet). Signal strength greatly improved over Netgear USB adapter it replaced.

I bought this for my brother who plays a lot of online games on it. He receives full 16+Mbit (2MByte) download speed and the upload is also glwing as if it was plugfged with an ethernet cable. The item also comes with a little docking station and a metre cable i think so if you dont quite get the signal you want, you can plug the cable in and place the usb wireless receiver on your desk. Delivery was also glowing - so thanks Novatech.

This product is sinply brilliant, installation went perfectally on both x86 and x64 windows 7 which was great to see. The wifi range is incredible, the design is sound and the speed is brilliant, Overall a very powerful and competively priced wifi dongle. Highly recommended
