Power PCI Express graphics cards that use a 6-pin auxiliary power connector from your existing system power supply. This cable is for the few non-standard ATX power supplies that are equipped with the PCI Express 6-pin auxiliary power connector. Two standard 4-pin power connectors can be converted to one 6-pin auxiliary power connector.

Please note that there are two types of PCI-e 6 pin connectors, this connector has a round pin 5 (see pic)
