This is an excellent card for any Home Theatre PC in which low power consumption is preferable and low noise essential. Its passive cooling sufficient even when rendering HD content over a prolonged period. This is a full height card however, so not the card for a Low Profile HTPC. Novatech badged products are like a house wine; no worthy restaurant would risk a poor choice. They're always good value for money and you know you have a good product.

I bought this a while ago, not expecting much because of the price. I upgraded from an old Radeon X850 just so I could play some modern games. I was very impressed when I realised I could play Just Cause 2 on high settings with this card. A very good buy if you have a tight budget
