Fitted in a small novatech media centre case, it reduced the CPU idle temperature from 53deg (ouch) to 37 deg. No discernable noise, and keeps the PWM CPU fan from kicking in for 90% of the time. Well worth it and will buy more - if they ever have them is stock.

Very quiet No fan screws supplied but I'd ordered some rubber pins Look better than in the picture.
