Bought this as my stock heat sink and fan were just not cutting in. I was getting around 75 Degrees at half load and it was causing issues. This has taken that down to 30 degrees at the same load which makes overheating a thing of the past. Just make sure your case is big enough for it as I barely had the room. Used on a AMD FX 8120.

Installation was a little tricky, but got there in the end. Once installed I check the temperatures compared to my stock Intel cooler, and I was getting 20 degrees lower temps with this cooler. Good cooler for the price.

Sooo Iv had this from novatech for a while, had been looking at water cooling and to be honest this I think is keeping my cpu cooler than the current closed loop systems ever could, Im running an AMD 6300 overclocked to 4.7Ghz from the stock 3.5Ghz and on full load using Prime its seeing a max temp of 58c. this with an added fan for a push pull set up, Very pleased with it. you wont regret getting one.
Good piece of kit but fiddly to install.

Just purchased one of this as was getting hammered with Space Engineers on my CPU, dropped my temps right down, they are about 20 degrees cooler even with a 400 Mhz per core overclock applied, now running @ 3.2Ghz on a first gen i5. Not too shabby

Wow ... fantastic cooler ... cpu idle has dropped by 7-13 Deg C and since the stock cooler has been replaced ,(which just blew hot air everywere) my Ram temps have droped by a wopping 10 Degs ... and thats running on one fan !!! Highly recommended.
Bought 2 of these for my quad core phenom and one for my piledriver 8350 and they are both showing huge temperature drops compared to stock coolers. Installation was a little fiddly but one I figured out the first one the 2nd was a breeze. Main frustration for me was that the instructions were absolutely no help at all, very unclear badly printed diagrams which showed very little if anything helpful
Great cooler for my AMD fx 8120 I use to have some pretty serious overheating issues but since installing this cooler they are a thing of the past slightly tricky to install, but once you've got it in its brilliant!

I got this cooler from Novatech a while ago and the fan has treated me well. Definitely lowers temperature and is quieter than a stock Intel fan. Installation wasn't too bad but that was because I had access to the back of my motherboard. I think that it could be quieter but I haven't messed around with any of the settings yet. All in all, great fan!

Good piece of kit. Quite tricky to install and may require you to take out your motherboard to attach the mounting studs. It can be fiddly to get it lined up well on the CPU as there are so many fitting options. Quiet and good cooling (CPU is at 28c-30c). You can remove the fan section easily for cleaning when necessary. big improvement on the stock cooler
this cooler is amazing value, my core temps have dropped 20 degrees! along with a new case fan my hdd temps are also 10/15 degrees cooler. win win status. The only tricky bit was fitting it, pretty fiddly but not impossible.

Awsome cooler with my i5 3570k at 4.2Ghz, idles at 27 - 30c and on full load is 40 - 45 max!! with stress test. I didnt expect the temps to be so low even under stress, for the price really cant go wrong!!!
Awesome cooler very quiet temps are brilliant would recommend to anyone little fiddly if u have never fitted before but fairly straight forward
Great cooler, keeps my i5 4670 at around 30-40 at full load. Case doesn't get hot on a spot where the CPU is, which was happening when I used stock cooler. Thanks
Excellent cooler, fairly easy to install fits in my midi case no bother, oc'd amd fx 6300 to 4.1 idles at 29c and no higher than 44 at full load, very happy
Fantastic cooler,i got 2 sickleflow fans i5 3570k running @4.3ghz with stress no higher 45c idle 31c.With 2 fans make sure it doesn't block 1st ram slot.Z77 sabertooth just fits.
Im running this with a 3570K processor. Idle = 32c and on full load has not been over 44c. My MB is an Asus P9Z77 LK, and this cooler does not get in the way of any of the ram slots (which was an issue with my previous pc). Excellent cooler for the price. Fitting is straightforward if you take your time, and it is very quiet.
Very Good Cooler. Keeps My i5 2500k @ 3.7 ghz. 45 Degrees Full Load (stress test) Not A Single Degree Higher I Have Not Fount The Need To Over Clock My Processor Yet As It is Incredibly Fast Already But With This Cooler I Know I Can Overclock Her In The Future Should I Need To :) It Is Defiantly Worth The 10 Mins It Took To Put Together and it also cools other components as well witch is a bonus. Defiantly Recommend For A Cheap Aftermarket Cooler.

Very good product. Had a major CPU heat problem where my i7 was reaching 90c . Bought this along with arctic silver thermal paste and now it doesn't go any higher than 40c. The only negative thing is, as some reviewers are saying, it is incredibly fiddly. Other than that, it's a brilliant piece of kit!
Amazing cooler. My i5 ivybridge rises to a max 42c with a 4.3ghz. i dodnt have to take mobo out of my coolermaster scout case and as longas you read the instructions, fitting is quite quick. i had a dodgy fan on the first one but novatech were brill an swapped it for me.
A very good cooler! I recommend this to everyone wanting a good cpu fan cooler. Keeps my AMD 8150 running at a stable 34 degrees on 3.9 Ghz.

Very good cooler! This took my i7 920 down from 80 degrees to a cool 30 degrees Celsius idle. Tested on Guildwars 2 Maximum Spec and my System doesn't go above 40 Degrees C :-) The only negative I should say is, be prepared to spend some time fitting, I agree with Tom Wiseman. You will have to get to the back of your motherboard!! Other than that very happy.

Absolutely fantastic! I was seeing 85 degrees (sometimes over 90) on my stock i5 2500k with stock cooler; installed the Hyper 212 EVO and the highest recorded temperature under the same circumstances was 44! I'm using it with Arctic Silver AS5 thermal compound. I have to agree with some of the reviews I've seen on the 'net - fitting the cooler can be a little fiddly due to the universal mount. Just make sure you take your time and check that everything's lined up before you dive in with the thermal compound! I've also seen temperature drops for other components, due to the way that the EVO blasts the hot air straight towards the rear exhaust fan (rather than down onto the motherboard, as with the stock Intel cooler).

One of thee best CPU Heatsinks ever, I recently added two Cooler Master Sickleflow 120mm fan to it, and my Phenom X4 BE is now registering at zero degrees celsius, at overclock instead of 15c at non OC idle! A must have for any overclocker or someone who likes a cool standard no OC system!
