I bought a pair of these fans based on previous reviews to integrate into a new build for producing music and videos. I can not get either fan to spin up below 80% power. I do not know if this is a characteristic of the fans or a build issue. Once spinning, even at 80% power, they are quiet enough and still move a great deal of air. I am just disappointed I do not have much control over the speed as it would be nice to have the fans even quieter when the PC is under less load.

A very impressive fan! Akasa usually do impress as one of the top brands for cooling. This fan is stylish, silent even at high speed and very efficient - my fan control software graphs are almost off the chart as this fan requires so little power. I'm going to order 2 more for my hard drive section so I can have them on super slow - thus preventing so much dust in my machine. Perfect solution.

Probably a bit steep, but excellent low noise and I am so pleased I bought two. Excellent packaging too. Each comes with 4 anti-vibration dampers.

If i couldn't see the blades moving i'd worry they were not working! So quiet and pulls through a considerable amount of air. I'm seriously thinking about replacing the fan on my cpu cooler with one of these. Well worth the money!
