This does what it says on the tin. It comes with a power supply, USB cable and eSATA cable. Put the drive in, power it up, Windows finds it, installs the drivers and away you go. My drive had been formatted for Linux so Windows didn't give it a drive letter - use "Computer Management" to find the drive, format it and give it a letter, then it will appear in "My Computer.
