The delivery time was much faster than expected. The enclosure isn't build from very high quality material, the plastic is quite bad to be honest. On the other hand it was very cheap comparing to similar products, so I give it 3/5, even though the USB connector doesn't fit in perfectly (doesn't go the whole way in) and i had to break one of the plastic pieces for the drive to fit in, see pictures here - http://imgur.com/a/xAGPj

Good screwless design. Attach the end without any cables on first for easier assembly. I'd buy another.

Excellent delivery time, case seems to be fairly sturdy. Works better with standard thicker hard drives (slimline ones have a tiny amount of wobble) all in all very good product would definitely recommend. I wouldnt suggest swapping the actual hard drive often as i snapped the inside runners the first time i did :( other wise it would be 5 stars.

Novatech service amazing, ordered at 16:00 to replace a case I've had a few years which has just developed a fault, economy delivery but arrived at 9:00 next morning! Instructions could be clearer on where to press to release end caps when disassembling to insert drive, but works perfectly, even reports full drive info to operating system. Very happy!

I bought one of these to replace a enclosure i bought from ebay 3months earlier. Installation of the 2tb hard drive was easy 5min, no screws to play with, even better. after installing the hard drive its just plug and go. Would have given this a 5 star except for the short usb lead supplied with the enclosure. Comes with the power supply.

Needed 2x cheap enclosures, fitting HD was ok, not difficult, but I''ve seen more obvious methods. One did get warm when transferring 50/60GBs in one go, but not too bad. They seem to be decently constructed, look good and the 2 worked out around the same price as from an auction site, but with the advantage of coming from a recognised and reputable company. Delivered in 36hrs, even using the cheapest option.
