I bought two of these for the purpose of upgrading my Sky Hd HDD. The dock is excellent value, complete with a USB cable and Power Supply. Build quality is surprisingly good for the price. Nice touches are an on/off switch on the back and blue activity led. Why pay more, costs less than my mate's McDonalds order!

Excellent value for money and with Novatechs usual excellent delivery. It has a solid feel to it and a good weight makes it stable on you desktop. Works a treat with no setting up. connect the power and usb put your drive in and turn it on and your away. comes with a disc with what I think is some kind of backup program on it. When initially installed it is in chinese but you select the drop down box in the top right and select english.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Not something I hope to have to use regularly, but very useful to have in the inventory. Worked perfectly the first time I used it.

Bought a second of these docking stations because they perform better and are more robust than another similar product costing nearly twice as much.

Purchased as a replacement for an Icy Box which developed HD connector problems even though treated very carefully. This unit appears to be more robust, works perfectly and was HALF the price.

Very useful and a good price too. I wanted to change the HDD in my wife''s laptop for a large unit and this is just what I needed to do the job.

Excellent product, literally just plug into a usb port and away you go. I have 2 PC''s and a laptop to back up and using an old 180gb sata drive and the docking station it was a breeze. Service from Novatech as always second to none.
