Fantastic bit of kit. Beautifully made too. And it comes with a 2.5->3.5 inch adaptor too. Best of all, it is very, very "penguin-friendly". I'm using it as a replacement system drive in my (K)Ubuntu Linux media server, (Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, c/w KDE desktop, all the Medibuntu multimedia extensions, full LAMP (Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP) stack and my own compilation of ffmpeg/x264/faac/vp8). Anyway, my media server now goes like the proverbial clappers. In fact it's now the fastest-booting machine I have ever had. And web pages are delivered much more quickly than when it had a mechanical drive. Granted, the Intel Cherryville SSD is more expensive than certain other SSD's but the extra cost seems highly justified, IMO.

7.5 on the windows 7 rating, Installed windows so quick I didn't even think it was done lol, and all following installs, I barely see an install bar, this is a must have hard drive you want if you want that quick performance upgrade. Very impressive :-)
