Twin Frozr IV Thermal DesignMSI's Twin Frozr is the industry defining graphics card cooler. The first Twin Frozr kicked off the dual-fan trend and today MSI stays true to its dual-fan dual-slot design where others have to resort to less effective methods. The Twin Frozr cooler uses a large Aluminium fin grid array that provides a huge amount of surface area for cooling. Heat from the GPU is transferred to the fin grid array by virtue of heat pipes with MSI's special SuperPipe technology. SuperPipes transfer heat twice as fast as regular heat pipes enabling an MSI GAMING graphics card to stay cooler than the competition. Furthermore, MSI provide all new Airflow Control technology on Twin Frozr IV. This new thermal technology leads the airflow to the heat pipes via a special deflector on the heatsink, so it can deflect more airflow to heat pipes directly. In addition, This exclusive heatsink design increases the area of the heatsink enhancing the heat dissipation.
Military Class 4 ComponentsOne of the deciding factors in performance is the quality of the components used. That is why MSI only uses MIL-STD-810G certified components for its Gaming cards because only these components have proven to be able to withstand the torturous circumstances of extreme gaming and overclocking.
Gaming AppTune up core clock speed and fan speed with 'Gaming Mode' for the ultimate gaming performance. Switch to 'Eco Mode' to reduce core clock speed and fan speed for a discrete setting that reduces noise and power consumption. Switch to 'Default Mode' for factory settings and performance.
Predator AppPredator is a built-in screen and video capturing tool which captures your screen as still images or videos with the push of a button and allows you to capture and record your coolest, goofiest and most awesome gaming moments on your PC!
MSI Afterburner UtilityMSI Afterburner has quickly become the favourite overclocking software for media, overclockers and end-users. Because of its simple interface, it's easy to learn, but it packs a lot of powerful features like an integrated benchmark utility called Kombustor that can check your system performance in benchmarking mode, or run as a stability test.
NVIDIA GeForce ExperienceWant to know the best settings to play your games? GeForce Experience will figure it out for you. GeForce Experience connects you to NVIDIA’s cloud datacenter to download optimal game settings tailored to your PC based on your CPU, GPU and monitor. Optimal settings maximize image quality while maintaining great performance so you get the best experience. A built-in interactive screenshot viewer helps you learn more about each setting and their benefits. The GeForce Experience application automatically notifies you of new driver releases from NVIDIA. With a single click, you’ll be able to update the driver directly, without leaving your desktop.
NVIDIA Kepler GPU ArchitectureNVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant and power efficient graphics card.
NVIDIA TXAA TechnologyFilm studios invest enormous resources in developing advanced technologies and post-production effects to deliver visually spectacular experiences for movie-goers. For games to achieve this level of fidelity, developers need new anti–aliasing technologies that deliver a viewing experience that eliminates the distraction of unrealistic, jagged lines (”jaggies”) and aliased shimmering–without compromising performance. NVIDIA is making this happen today, bringing cinema-quality graphics to life in blockbuster gaming titles with an innovative new temporal antialiasing technology called TXAA. Available exclusively on GeForce GTX Kepler-powered GPUs, TXAA is designed to be directly integrated into game engines. Plus, it combines the raw power of MSAA (multi–sample anti–aliasing) with a temporal filter and sophisticated resolve filters similar to those used in CG films. The end result is a smoother, more lifelike image than any other comparable technique.
NVIDIA FXAA TechnologyFXAA is a NVIDIA-developed post-processing technique that selectively blurs a game’s graphics to tackle unsightly jagged edges and high-contrast pixel deviation. Gaining popularity amongst developers due to its low performance impact and its ability to anti-alias transparent textures and details, FXAA is highly recommended for low-end and mid-range systems.
NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 TechnologyUp until now, GPUs have operated at a fixed clock speed when playing 3D games, even if they have the potential to run faster. GPU Boost intelligently monitors graphics work load and increases the clock speed whenever possible. The result is that the GPU always performs at its peak and you get the highest framerate possible. With NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 Enjoy new levels of customization with advanced controls like GPU temperature target, overclocking, and overvoltage.
NVIDIA Adaptive V-Sync TechnologyNothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing, at low frame rates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
NVIDIA PhysX TechnologyPhysX is designed specifically for hardware acceleration by powerful processors with hundreds of cores. Combined with the tremendous parallel processing capability of the GPU, PhysX will provide an exponential increase in physics processing power and will take gaming to a new level delivering rich, immersive physical gaming environments.
NVIDIA CUDA TechnologyNVIDIA CUDA technology is the world’s only C language environment that enables programmers and developers to write software to solve complex computational problems in a fraction of the time by tapping into the many-core parallel processing power of GPUs. With millions of CUDA-capable GPUs already deployed, thousands of software programmers are already using the free CUDA software tools to accelerate applications—from video and audio encoding to oil and gas exploration, product design, medical imaging, and scientific research.
NVIDIA Surround with up to 4 MonitorsNothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages human peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add in a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email or web while you are gaming.
NVIDIA 3D VisionNVIDIA 3D Vision brings a fully immersive, stereoscopic 3D experience to the PC. A combination of high-tech wireless glasses and advanced software, 3D Vision transforms hundreds of PC games into full stereoscopic 3D. Get up to 2x monitor and keyboard brightness with NVIDIA 3D LightBoost technology. The GeForce GTX 770 is a high-end GPU from Nvidia, with the reference card being released in May of 2013; the TwinFrozr model arrived a month later in June of the same year. The graphics card itself can be summed up as a tweaked GTX 680, as it is running on very similar architecture and performs slightly better. Moreover, the even better 2 GB TwinFrozr edition is about 6% more powerful than the original GTX 770, meaning that unlike the reference card it also beats the GTX 590 by a small margin. It also comes with MSI's awesome cooling. With this video card, you should be able to play practically every game out there maxed out even at 1080p with a fairly stable 60 FPS (v-sync on) not being a problem in the vast majority of games. The most demanding games out there (such as Metro: Last Light or Crysis 3) can too be played with all settings maxed except for the AA options, which you will have to tweak - especially at a 1080p resolution - in order to get a consistently nice frame rate. The GTX 770 is about as affordable as enthusiast gaming with maxed out graphics options gets, especially so after the price drop following the launch of the new GTX 900 series. Now is the best time to buy this GPU. Perhaps the only drawback of the GTX 770 is its high power consumption, though this problem has only been highlighted by the release of the incredibly efficient GTX 970. The reference GTX 770 requires a fairly beefy power supply to keep it running safely, with a reliable 550 Watts rating at 38 Amps. This factory-overclocked TwinFrozr edition of the graphics card requires even more energy, so a 600W PSU with 42A is recommended. Nevertheless, the GTX 770 remains a stellar GPU... it just has a pretty big appetite.

Whisper quiet as so many have said.Using at factory presets with the AMD FX6300 at stock speed which clocks easily to 4.01 on my bigger cooler if required and 2x4gb 1600 ram, plays Arma3 over 60 fps on line/multiplayer. Very smooth game play running at 1080p/60hz.gorgeous graphics.Only been using for 2 days so still tweaking settings to find the sweet spot. Downloaded latest drivers from MSI web site for instalation. Using with a new Novatech 600watt semi-modular psu which is also very quiet. Recommended.

Me again.... I just thought I best mention that the card I bought was the 4GB model http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/nvidiageforcegraphicscards/nvidiagtx770series/n770tf4gd5oc.html I decided to go for this because BATTLEFIELD4 and WATCH DOGS both recommend MORE THAN 2GB of VIDEO RAM so it made sense to expect more games to go this way. All I can say is they both play great with the card.

For info I upgraded from a GTX480, which ran most of my games at mid to high settings but was not going to cut the mustard with games like Watch Dogs - and I believe the NVIDIA SHIELD requires the 7 series or higher so this card allows me to set up game streaming later too. So I took the plunge. I use a 27" 144Hz monitor at HD 1080p resolution. PC is custom built, INTEL 4770K processor with Noctua cooling 16GB ram. SSD Drive as main windows partition. Windows 8.1. The card has been play tested on most of my games now through Steam, and it comfortably plays them all on very high or ultra settings, and is SILENT. I haven't even heard it at all yet. My old 480 used to rev up like a hairdryer 5 minutes into anything! I'm not going to bore you with pointless benchmarks and fps numbers - the games LOOK AMAZING, and are super smooth on my screen, no lag, no tearing, no stuttering, no problem. That's what matters at the end of day!! Games Tested Include : Watch Dogs, Grid 2, Skyrim, JustCause2, Sleeping Dogs, FarCry3, Crysis2. The card is solid, well built and really looks good quality from the outset. Definitely glad I bought this now instead of the much dearer 780 / ti / titan models. It gives me a clear upgrade path for the future should the need arise, but suits my current needs perfectly. Anything above this would be nice, but would have been complete overkill at the min. If you are looking to game on higher resolutions, then maybe step it up the ladder to a 780 / ti / titan model, but if like me you are happy with 1080p HD @ 144hz then this card will nail it for you.

Sweet card, can't really fault it. Runs nice and quiet, with GPU-z showing a steady 79'C at around 40% fan duty during benchmarks/gaming. Comes with 2x 6pin to 8pin power adaptors - I've only had to use one, I had a genuine 8pin direct from the PSU available. Not a lot else included - no games etc.
