I bought one of these from the Reading Store a few months ago after discussing options with the very helpful Novatech staff. A great characteristic with this PSU is it provides plenty of current on the 3.3/5 Volt combined rails to suit my elderly Core2 Duo based system (many new PSUs focus on 12 volt rail current capability to the detriment of this as newer PCs tend to load the 12 volt rail(s) more). My power supply is showing on the motherboards monitoring software as having a rock stable output and this has not only resolved the problem I originally replaced my old PSU to address - problems with poor TV reception using my tuner card - but it's also cured another issue I thought had nothing to do with the PSU. It's very quiet (although not quite as quiet as the old Nexus 350 Watt unit it replaces). Although it has a big 140 mm fan, it's positioned further along the PSU casing to the point where the fan doesn't fully line up with the ventilation holes on my Antec Veris series HTPC case anymore and about 1/3 of the fan is obscured by the case metal. Another aspect which didn't particularly go nicely with my Antec case was the fact it has no right angle SATA power plugs on any of the modular cables so I had to buy a Molex to SATA 'daisy chain' adapter cable. It's a great little performer at a resonable price with just a few caveats to consider.

Absolutley superb, could not believe the quality and connections. If you need more connections get a packet of spaghetti. Power delivery and management top notch. 10/10 thanks to Novatech for their technical advice and info.

easy to install, performs well and the 140mm fan speed is load controlled, anyone wondering it throws out 54A with a continuous power of 648 watts, amazing PSU.
