Great price but this is far from a plug and play device. It's clear from reading the instructions and description on the products packaging that they weren't written in English originally. It seems the drivers on the supplied disc aren't genuine (google it, there are lots of chinese knock-offs of this device, which I suspect mine was). You'll need to find a genuine driver online, I think I ended up using one called "syntek 1160". I got it working eventually and after experimenting with video formats I found that AVI gave the best results when recording my PS3 gaming. Everything else just went to pieces when there was a lot of action onscreen. You'll need lots of disc space too,the format I ended up using took up around a gig for every minute, which is fine when the quality is up to scratch. So in summary, sound product its just a shame it doesn't work right out of the box...
