Excellent Monitor just don't but it for the Speakers. I have now owned this monitor for 10 months and I am still extremely happy with it. The picture is Sharp and the colours are excellent. It's only let down are the speakers, buy separate ones instead. Once again Iiyama you have produced a fantastic low cost 22" Full HD Monitor

The 1920x1080, 22 display is extremely sharp with the pixels almost invisible at normal viewing distances. Text reproduces very legibly, photos are far better than on my previous 1440x900, 19 monitor, much more lifelike. The wide screen and high resolution allow me to pack far more information onto spreadsheets without needing to scroll, and there is so much room I can have multiple applications running alongside eachother on the desktop. The finish of the bezel is excellent, and the stand is strong. The instruction book provides excellent guidance on how to set up the monitor. My only criticisms are a) in common with many monitors there is some light bleed along the top of the desktop which is only apparent if you have a black background to the desktop, b) the OSD turns off too quickly while you are making adjustments ( again a common fault on many monitors. I cannot coment on the video performance as Im not a gamer, and I cant comment on the speakers as I wouldnt insult my music by playing it on monitor speakers !

I researched a lot before buying this, on other 20 and 22 monitors, and kept coming back to this. The main reason was the resolution, full HD which gives one more desktop space and better quality picture etc. It is excellent for reviewing several documents side by side. I was worried the text would be small because of a review I read and the high resolution but it makes no difference. The text is really clear, and sharp. For gaming it is good, although it is a bit of a strain on graphics cards unless you have a lot of graphics memory. Videos are excellent so far although I have yet to try a HD film. All in all this monitor is highly recommended. I came from a 1280 x 1024 17. The difference is amazing. The price is one of the best on the web as well. Bargain

I bought this monitor to replace an aging 20.1 4:3 Iiyama. The new product has excellent colour quality, and very sharp text. The wide-screen makes newsgroup or mail programs much easier to use. This monitor was detected automatically in Windows 7 beta, and automatically set to its native resolution (1920x1080). HDCP is a feature (although you may be told it isnt in some internet reviews), so it is High definition ready. My screen has no dead or stuck pixels. Perhaps most importantly, I ordered this at 15:53 on Wednesday and it was delivered in heavy snow here on Thursday before 10:00 a.m. Impressive service, Novatech!
