I bought this to replace my belkin wireless G usb adapter and for a wireless N300 adapter my speeds actually dropped by nearly 60% even though my pc has now moved to less than 10ft away from my Hub. The one i got was an ADDON NWU281. I knew i expected too much for something with a £10 price tag.

This is the second one of these that I have purchased and again arrived the same way as my first one and installed with ease, no problems, a great product.

The device was delivered intact and well packed with instructions and CD. Purchased this to attach to my second desktop (Dell Optiplex 760) I found it extremely easy to set up on my existing home network and took me less than 12min from opening the box to seeing web pages flash before my eyes. Great product.

Quick and Easy Installation. Software and Drivers don't appear to hinder PC Performance and when I saw the price, I thought this was impossible! A Fantastic, Reliable and Strengthy Connection. Very Highly Recommended against 150Mbps Adapters which I've just chucked away with pleasure! This is very cheap and cheerful :)

Amazing for the price. Using a Vista desktop PC Connecting to a slightly modified Belkin Vision ("n" 300mbps)router (heatsinked and Fan cooled only) . Gives me a solid 300mps connection (95%-100% link quality and 92%-95% signal strength), beaming approx 25M though 4 walls. Highly recommended

When I was checking the 'n' wireless adapters I was sceptical when I saw the price of the Novatech unit bearing in mind the price of some of the 'names' versions. However I shouldn't have worried, plugged into my Win 7 Acer laptop,('g' wireless), it was found immediately and took my 50MB Virgin Broadband connection from 28MB to 49MB. Truly a small amount of money well spent - recommended!

I took this out of the box, plugged it into the PC and Windows XP SP3 detected it straight away - I navigated to the supplied CD for the driver, which installed successfully. I then successfully used the Windows XP Wireless interface to locate and authenticate (using WPA2) onto the WLAN - without needing to install anything else off the CD. It connects at 144.5Mbps which is a little disappointing as the router is also 300Mbps in the room directly under the PC (actually there''s less than 2 meters between Router and WLAN Adapter). With no other devices connected. However, this is more than adequate with internet usage - sustained 7Mbps which is the full bandwidth available. I haven''t tested the WLAN adapter with other networked PCs in this installation but I don''t anticipate any issues, as the connectivity remains unbroken, no dropouts and signal strength doesn''t ever below ''Excellent''. I would also anticipate that there are no issues whatsoever using this with an older 54Mbps G router. The only reason I haven''t selected GREAT for this product is that it hasn''t connected at 300Mps, but this could be as a result of not using supplied software or issues with the (BT HUB) Router. I wanted the most simple and stable wireless installation as this is my mum''s PC - and I have achieved that with this WLAN Adapter! Bear in mind that 50 of your wireless success is down to your wireless router! But the other 50 is taken care of with this product. :)

Does just what it says, and appears to establish an fast conection (despite hanging down behind my desktop. It comes with a short USB lead - another plus, and all at a good price. A minor annoyance is that its software appears to take over from Windows as controlling the wireless network, but doesn''t appear to do thsi completely (so Windows XP thinks it is still in charge). This doesn''t seem to have caused any problems (I did have some difficulties getting their software to connect automatically on every boot) but it''s something just to watch out for.
