Upon taking out this policy your Novatech PC or Server is covered for 3 years against accidental damage. This insurance covers you if your equipment is: dropped, damaged by fire or flood, or in the event that it is damaged by a liquid spillage.

Exclusions include: malicious damage by the insured, damage from viruses & if the equipment does not switch on / is broken down, damage or destruction due to defective design or workmanship, general wear and tear, mechanical and electrical breakdown.

If your equipment is damaged we shall collect, inspect and repair your machine. If your equipment is beyond economical repair we shall replace your machine on a like for like basis. Under no circumstances must you organise the repair or replacement of your equipment as we shall not reimburse you.

All insurance documentation will be sent via email or where not possible via post.
