First time I've bought a problem product from Novatech in 10 years. So I'm not prone to leaving bad feedback. Having said that I bought this wireless cam as it seemed like a really good idea to get rid of clutter and cables. The first cam supplied had a bust receiver that meant the cam wouldnt register on the pc. Trip 2 to nova for a replacement. The second cam supplied gave a picture that looked totally out of focus and like looking through frosted glass. This is an auto focus cam, yet did not hunt or try to refocus. So a bust auto focus unit. Also the supplied software for adjusting the cam had most of the functions blanked off, and those that could be used seemed to resist adjustment. My advice is avoid this cam and go for something a little more expensive, or like me you'll be making a third trip to novatech for a refund. Come on novatech check these products do what you say they will before placing them on sale with a glowing description. P.S. I had to leave a minimum of 1 star rating, and I'll award that because the item looked good before I took it out of the box and tried it!!
