We will diagnose and fix your PC or Laptop no matter how long it takes.*

If your machine is beyond economic repair, we will issue you a £50 inc VAT voucher towards your next purchase of a PC or Notebook from Novatech.

Quick Fix Repair

£29.99

We will perform a rapid repair service with 'while you wait' turnaround for quick faults. Eligibility for this service will be confirmed at point of sale.*

This service is available Monday to Saturday at our Portsmouth Store.

Virus Removal & Protection

£39.99

Our Service Centre will remove all viruses and spyware from your machine. Once removed we will install and configure Microsoft Security Essentials to help prevent future malicious attacks.

Data Backup

£29.99

Our Service Centre will backup all data from your computer including documents, pictures & music files. We will save the data onto an any sufficiently sized external hard drive or memory stick purchased from Novatech.*

Data Cleanse

£19.99

We will wipe all data from your hard drive using government approved standards. Once wiped and checked we can either return your hard drive or destroy it..
