All you need is a blank USB stick, a Windows 10 product key which you can buy online and a small bit of time and patience for the installation.

Visit the official Microsoft website here - https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10 , download the file via the blue 'download tool now' button, run the .exe file you download and folow the instructions on how to set up on the drive as outlined in the video below with step by step instructions.
The process of installing the operating system is fairly straight forward, you'll spend a fair amount of time waiting for the installer to run, accepting terms and conditions from Windows and also customizing your set up when choosing tasks such as Keyboard layout, Languages, Cortana settings (off) and more.
