We are currently looking to recruit a Technical Support Advisor with excellent customer service skills, to work within our award-winning After Sales Department. Knowledge of Windows XP, 7 and 8 is essential as is previous experience in phone support. This is primarily a hardware support position.

This position will require you to take calls from our support line and to make calls to offer technical assistance to our customers. You will need to be a well-spoken individual with the ability to relay information effectively. You will also be required to respond to emails, forum posts and serve within our Aftersales shop. You must be able to work both as a self-motivated individual and as part of a team. Liaising with other departments will be essential.

You need to be enthusiastic and be driven to provide our customers with the best service possible. Please outline your level of work based experience with the skills required for this role in your covering letter.
