Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Advisor to work within our busy Technical Department. Previous experience of Customer Service and telephone based support is essential along with knowledge of basic/intermediate fault finding and working with Microsoft Windows XP Vista and 7.
Duties:
You will be answering customer queries via telephone, e-mail, Fax and Live Chat so an ability to communicate both verbally and in written format is essential. At times you may also be required to work face-to-face with customers in our Aftersales shop, so a smart appearance is required at all times. Other duties will include liasing with other departments to ensure queries are dealt with efficiently and to the high standard set by Novatech.
