A couple of months on and my two i5 machines in these cases are running at 42Con the stock Intel cooler. That's very good. Being a MicroATX the case looks small and neat in the lounge, and the styling is good.

At the price: great, two SATA power feeds, two dvd drive bays, one 3.5 for a card reader and four HD bays, plus a 450 watt PSU. Only the slightly noisy PSU fan annoys, but it was easily replaced and the case is now almost silent. Fitted with a Core i3 Intel motherboard from Novatel, the entire buying experience was painful, and the machine built in an afternoon. Great value and a good looking case.

Very smart and easy to use, try not to ''play'' with the flip down drive covers at the front like I did when I got it out of the box as it is easy to break the plastic ''spring'' off the back. Easy enough to glue back on but fiddly!

For the money paid it is great and looks good. Enough room for 4 hard drives and a non-standard large quiet Noctura heat sink and fans for the CPU. Not too hard to work on, well laid out inside. PSU is quiet but produces a very subtle thrum only audible in the quiet of the night despite the fact I pulled it apart and mounted the internal PSU fan on rubber fixings. The real perfectionist for a quiet computer may want to replace the PSU with a specialist quiet one with a large 120mm fan or a so called semi fanless PSU. Yes the metal is thin which may contribute the the thrum mention but I don''t see that as a problem and it makes it lighter and easier to move around and work on while your building the computer. Very pleased with it, would use one again.

The item was sturdy and easy to screw into. However it is quite awkward to open the front cover. The product looked very good.

As I am currently modding my server case I needed a small case to hold my FreeNAS setup. My setup consists of an old M-ATX motherboard, and old athlon and 1GB of RAM. There was plenty space to hold all 4 hard drives and it is running well. Once I have finished building the server case the FreeNAS setup will be moved to it and I will be using this case to hold another M-ATX setup running arch linux for programming use. The case is very neat and tidy, there is a ot of space for cable management inside and there is the hole in the motherboard tray to allow you to replace the CPU cooler bracket if needed. The front of the case is held on by four screws as well as the plastic clips ( I removed the screws as I do not need the case to be too secure) and you do need to remove the front to install any optical drives. The PSU that came with the case I got did have one SATA connector and the fan is reasonably quiet. The metal is very thin and may seem flimsy but it seems to be holding together very well. Anti vibrational washers were provided as were plenty of screws for drive installation. The leads from the front buttons are very long so they will have no problem reaching your motherboard. The light on the front is not too bright as previous reviews may have suggested, and overall the case looks very sleek and stylish for the price. I will definitely consider getting another if I come to build myself a media center.

Bought this to fit a redundant motherboard to drive a Garden Railway. Case is thin metal but looks good. pleanty of screws for assembly. I think Novatech have taken on board other reviewers comments as mine does have a SATA power connector and the USB header is one unit rather than individual connections. The power supply has an IEC power out (feedthrough) socket on the back as on the old XT supplies, I thought that this would switch off when the PC was shut down but alas this "Green Feature" does not appear to be the case. In fact the output remains "Live" even when the PSU switch on the back is in the Off position.

Used this case for a first build, looks great in the flesh, front panel nice and shiny, power button nice blue glow (not too bright). Bit of a tight squeeze fitting everything in, but managed to make it look nice and tidy in the end (cable ties etc). My akasa ak-965 heatsink just fits and this is a huge heatsink so all good. Can fit a 92mm fan on the back, 120mm on the side (i cant due to size of heatsink but with a shorter one you could) and one 120mm fan on the front.Comes with plenty of screw etc which is pretty good for the price, replaced the 450w psu with a novatech 750w psu so cant comment on that but it was an easy straight swap.Overall for the price this is a very nice case especially as it comes with a 450w psu, would recommend for a htpc or general every day use (browsing, office, light gaming), with my e5200 overclocked and a hd4850 it runs a little hot but thats expecting with a micro case, just make full use of fans, heatsink etc.One minor complaint would be the i/o panel at the back doesnt just clip out you need to get some pliers and cut it out.

Great case for the Price. Looks nice in my media setup round my TV. The only thing stopping me giving 5 stars was that the suplied 450w PSU has no SATA power connectors. The Metel is thin but its does the job, the case it nice and compact and has have good air flow as you can fit up to 2x92mm fans and also a 120mm fan on the side panel. If you are using the case for a media center like me, I would recommend not plugging in the extra light that shows in the power switch on the front of the case as its very very bright. The normal HDD and Power LEDs are nice and dim so they dont distract.

I bought this case for a Media PC I was building as its sleek and looks good. Upon getting the case I was very happy with the case, looks as good as the pictures and is a decent size for MATX case. Looking at the rear of the case you can see the cheap metal its been made out of but its strong enough for my purposes.Opening it up was easy enough with two screws at the back for each side so you can have access all around the case which is a bonus, makes it much easier to wire. You can remove the front fascia by undoing the screws that hold it on from the inside and then using a flat screwdriver apply pressure to the plastic pop studs (I didnt bother putting the screws back). You have to remove the front fascia to fit an optical drive as with the PSU fitted you can only put it in from the front but this is fine as it makes it easier to adjust the depth of the drive so it marries up with the fascias button and flush hatch. The case comes without any fans and the left panel has an exhaust on the inside to channel air to your processor, I have a C2D processor and an Arctic cooling alpine 7 pro cooler and it fit under the exhaust without any problems although you can remove it with a screwdriver if needed and it has the screw holes for an 80mm or 120mm fan to be fitted. I fitted an 80mm fan on the rear, Bluray optical drive, USB card reader, 2xHDDs and run graphics via onboard HDMI. It runs fine and doesnt heat up much at all.A couple of problems I ran into when booting up initially were one of the front USB ports doesnt work and the centre LED on the power button is far too bright. The LED problem was easily rectified, pop the button off but be careful of all the parts, springs and stuff. I then put a couple of strips of black insulation tape across the rear of the button to make it more subdued. The USB port was more problematic and I have tried reseating all the wires correctly but cant get it working, it make be a connection somewhere but Im not using the port anyway so I left it. I think the wiring should have an easy USB connection rather than separate wires that you have to put in the right order, it would be so much easier. All in all its a good looking little case and is pretty easy to hook everything up (except the front USBs) and if I make another Media system I would probably get another one of these cases, the PSU can handle everything fine and the price doesnt encroach on your parts budget. Great!

Bought this for a really cheap gaming rig I was building. I really would give it top marks, but I do have to give a honest review; The metal is a little thin and bendy... fitting the side door back was fiddley. And I also removed the PSU to get the motherboard and DVD drive sorted, as it is a small case & not much room to move your hands about in there.Another note: Novatech didnt mention anything about a floppy drive slot, so I was weary about what to do with a spare card reader i have, But this does have one, its hiding ;)Overall... Id definatley buy another if I ever needed to. Though hopefully wont.
