Our Showroom is re-opening on Monday 12th April 2021 for FastTrack orders and Pre-authorised Returns only.
Please do not travel to the shop unless you have been instructed to do so. We are not taking any orders in the building or accepting any on the spot returns. Please contact our Sales team or place an order on our website to collect in store.
If you want to order an item from us to collect in store, please place your order online and choose the collection option in the Checkout.
Once you have placed your order, you will get an order confirmation email. Please wait until you have received your second email, "Your Fastrack order is ready for collection" before visiting our Showroom.
Our staff are unable to place an orders for you onsite at this time, it is collection orders only.
All returns must be preauthorised by our staff before you travel down to our Showroom. If you need to return an item, contact our Customer Services or Tech Support teams here to get your returns number and then you can drop your return in to our showroom.
We cannot accept any returns onsite which have not been pre-authorised at this time.
We have new safety procedures put in place at our Showroom to keep both our customers and our staff as safe as possible.
When you arrive, there is a queueing system outside the shop with 2 metre safety lines for customers to queue safely, please adhere by these.
We are currently only allowing customers in one at a time to collect or return their order, when you are at the front of the queue, please wait until you are instructed to enter the building by a member of staff.
